I had a lunch meeting with a new friend, Tracy, that almost turned into a dinner meeting...LOL. (We had a blast!) Therefore, dinner was eaten late, which forced my juicing to be late as well.
However, you know the old adage...better late, than never!
For after-dinner, my juice was simple. It included one apple, a handful of spinach and 1/4 cup of almond milk, shaken not blended.
Ciao for now.

You fall down but you get up. A winner is someone who falls down and gets up!!
ReplyDeleteI need ideas for a high protein meal that requires little preparation including heat or no heat.
ReplyDeleteWhat I usually do is pair a marinated, grilled chicken breast with a salad. That way, I get my protein and my veggies. It takes about 3-5 minutes to grill the chicken, IF you pound the breast FLAT first. The salad takes only about 3 minutes or so, too. So, in as little as 10 minutes, you will be ready to eat. Thanks for the comments and the question, Chandra!
