Breakfast: Pancakes, sausage and strawberries.
Lunch: California Pizza Margherita Pizza for one and a salad of Romaine Lettuce, tomatoes, and sunflower seeds
Dinner: Tuna sandwich (with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers) from Subway, chips and a drink.
After dinner... two oranges, juiced...ONLY!
Today, I worked 'til 3:15, helped a student start her science project and worked with my environmental education kids until 6:00...whew...what a day.
